What did I make this month?




Since this is a month of love, I decided what better to try my hand at than the beautiful quilt from The Practical Guide to Patchwork

Valentine!

I have loved this pattern ever since I saw it in the book. But was intimidated by the amount of cutting that it would require.

I realized that doing OFF is really helping me tackle things that normally I wouldn't... 

This quilt was one of those things!

And now that I have made a small one I really want to make a larger one, maybe for my bed (a bit too ambitious!)

So here's my Valentine...

I love it!!!

I think this one isn't going anywhere... This one is for keeps... I dont know what I'll do with it, maybe when Chaitanya (my brother) has a baby I'll give it to him... But till then, its not budging from my home!
