Welcome to another week!!!
Are you having fun?
This week we have a wonderful line-up for you!
But since I'll be busy with Diwali, I have put up all my posts on auto-publish... If there is a post that does not show up, please just leave a comment saying anything about your own sewing machine on that day so that I put your name in the giveaway list!
A few of you did advice me to hide the comments so that people wouldn't cheat. I know you guys meant well, but the question is just one way to have fun. And I do not mind people cheating (Of course people, confirm the answer though, if the first person answers wrong all of you will!!! Ha ha!)
So on to out next week!
This week's list
Monday 12th November, Kathi from Wandering Quilter
Tuesday 13th November, Sally from Life in Sally's World
Wednesday 14th November, Lauren from I want to cut you!
Thursday 15th November, Alyssa from Pile of Fabric
Friday 16th November, Ivy Guest posting at 13 Woodhouse Road

Coming to the first post in this week
Today's guest is Kathi from Wandering Quilter... Kathi is again one of my Modern Quilting friends...
She is truly a person who wanders! Just settled in Norway, she is preparing for a move to Russia with her husband! Whoa! Good luck Kathi!
Hope over to her blog to see what she has to say about her machine...
And now to today's question
What was the feature that sold the Janome to Fenna? (Please check the second post, not the original Post # 17)
Leave a comment with the correct answer ON THIS POST.
Winner will be drawn on Monday 19th November 2012 at 10.00 am IST.
Cheers!

It sews knits really well (and also, didn't cause the thread to bunch up like her Shark!)
ReplyDeleteShe liked the Janome more than the Pfaff after the test drive. It does sew knits which is handy because she doesn't have a serger.
ReplyDeleteShe likes how well it sews knits as now she doesn't need a serger :)
ReplyDeleteIt's ability to sew knits well, I'm pretty sure all these interviews are making me really want a new machine...
ReplyDeleteShe likes how well it sews knits!
ReplyDeleteAfter a test drive, she liked how it sewed, especially on knits.
ReplyDeleteShe likes the way it sews knit fabric. By the way, I have a Janome, too, and I was sold on it because it is so easy to use. There is no fussing, just sit down and sew. (unlike my Singer or the Pfaff I had for a couple weeks.)
ReplyDeleteFenna loves the way it sews, especialy knits. I know alot of people who love their Janome's. Hmm, maybe I should dust off my serger.....
DeleteShe really likes the way it sews knits.
ReplyDeleteIt has a foot presser pressure dial and some great stretch stitches for sewing knits.
ReplyDeleteShe was happy with the way it sewed knits.

I wasn't sure of the answer! She bought it as she thought it sewed better than the Pfaff. There are lots of features that she likes, but doesn't mention them as the reason she bought it.
ReplyDeleteHow it does on knits.
ReplyDeleteShe likes the way it sews knit fabric and the foot presser dial and the stretch stitches.
ReplyDeleteHere's Fenna's quote: "I really like how my Janome sews knits--I don't need a serger. (This was a major selling point as well--that it did knits really well!) To do this, it has a foot presser pressure dial and some great stretch stitches."
She likes how well it sews knits.
