Another new day and another new block made by one of my awesome quilting friends!!!

Today's block is made by Aarti Durvasula (I always end up pronouncing it Dusravala!) She is one enthusiastic quilter. I was assigned as her partner in a Tote Bag swap, and the poor girl spent quite a few sleepless nights! She lives in Mumbai with her husband, Varun (he is in the Indian Navy btw) and two lovely dogs!!!
I loved how she jumped at the opportunity to make the block and made it in no time!!! I think she sent me a message late in the night that she could not figure it out and then before I woke up and answered her message, her block was ready!!!
I love how the mono printed teal and white combination works!!!
